Technology
Since the end of January, 2008 parents are able to access their child's grades and homework through a program called Edline. Edline, via the Internet, provides web hosting and portal solution for educators, parents, students and adminsitrators. This tool is is used for grades PK through 8th grade.
In January activation codes were given to parents to access their child's homework page and to view test scores for the quarter. By simply logging on to www.edline.net teachers and parents have another great communication tool. Students can also access the homework page for their classes and check schedule of events with their very own activation code. On a daily basis, teachers list absentees, post homework and post grades: three days after a test or quiz is given.
Also, updated information on school schedules, cancellations, calendar activities and lunch menus are listed for parents to view.
Teachers can access edline through their classroom computers or the computer lab at Wyoming Area Catholic.
